Whats for dinner mom?

What is for dinner? A question that is asked daily. Today's menu: Fettuccine Alfredo with toasted pine nuts, crisp garden salad, my new favorite dip with French bread and a glass of wine. Recipe for dip is posted on page.
I have been asked numerous times to share my recipes and tips on cooking. The shy one that I am here goes nothing!

Here is a recipe that I just tried for the first time yesterday . . . it is FULL of flavor. I doubled this recipe and am storing it in a mason jar that will stay in my pantry ready for unexpected guest.

Bread Dip
1 tablespoon of each
crushed red pepper
black pepper
dried oregano
dried rosemary
dried basil
dried parsley
dried garlic powder
salt

- to prepare mince fresh garlic with mixture and pour with olive oil serve with warm french bread.

The beginning of every great dish . . . the apron!

The start of my cooking always begins with two things: an apron and a prayer!
